Battery was packaged in a double boxed container. The inner box had a UP arrow marked on it but was installed into the outer box upside down. So there was some acid spillage Someone needs to be more careful when packing these batteries. Acid can still spill out. This could have been a real issue. .

I had a slight issue with one of my orders and customer service was very helpful. They follow through in a timely manner.
